For instance, it is very easy to post on your blog a picture you found on another website. But that doesn?t mean you aren?t committing copyright infringement. Sometimes these kinds of cases go to arbitration, which helps both parties compromise rather than spend thousands of dollars in court fees.

On average, more than 3,000 people file for bankruptcy each month. Bankruptcy can happen to anyone, even the most fiscally responsible of individuals. As many as 62% of all personal bankruptcies are due to medical expenses, for instance. Bankruptcy cases are no walk in the park, but once they are over, people are relieved to get their lives back on track.
Workplace Discrimination
Sadly, 50% of black Americans say that they have experienced discrimination in the voting booth or in the workplace. We like to think we?ve come a long way since the civil rights movement of half a century ago, but the truth is that employment discrimination occurs a lot more often than people realize. Some employees choose to contact a lawyer and bring the issue to court. Harassment, safety, hiring and firing, and wage and scheduling issues are a few of the more common concerns that bring a case to court if companies do not take the necessary steps to resolve the problems.
